A valve core is the moving component inside a hydraulic or pneumatic valve that opens, closes, or regulates flow by sliding or rotating within the valve body. The fit clearance between the core and body is the key factor determining valve performance — too large a gap causes internal leakage and imprecise pressure control, too small increases movement resistance and slows response. We turn the outer diameter with precision and add a grinding process to control roundness and surface roughness to a very high standard, along with hardening treatment to improve wear resistance and reduce internal leakage over time — widely used in hydraulic systems, pneumatic valves, and fluid control equipment.
