A motor shaft is the core rotating component that connects the rotor to the load and transmits torque inside a motor, with machining accuracy directly determining running smoothness and noise level. Concentricity and runout are the critical factors here — even a shaft with perfect diameter tolerance will cause excessive vibration if concentricity is off. We use a combined turning-and-grinding process in a single setup to eliminate deviation from re-chucking, achieving ±0.005mm machining accuracy and ≤0.005mm concentricity. Widely used in new energy vehicle drive motors, servo motors, and automation transmission systems.
