Micro shafts are typically under 3mm in diameter, used in space-constrained precision assemblies such as sensors and micro motors. The smaller the part, the more pronounced the effect of thermal deformation and vibration on accuracy — ordinary workshop temperature swings alone can throw off micron-level tolerances, which is why machining is done in a temperature-controlled environment with high-rigidity precision lathes. We achieve ±0.002mm accuracy and support custom diameters below Φ0.5mm, suitable for minimally invasive medical devices, sensor rotary components, and micro motor core transmission parts.
